1. Return Policy

  • We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

3. Dropshipping Returns

  • Please note that as a dropshipping business, we rely on third-party suppliers from platforms such as Alibaba and AliExpress. In some cases, returns may need to be shipped directly to our suppliers. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
